We value each and every patient feedback so we can continue to listen and improve in all the we do. Our Wonford Chime reception area has a realtime patient feedback wall where patients can select a postcard, write a few words of feedback or comment and place it in the postbox.

In the 3 months October to December 2014 we had 135 postcards written and posted to us. 102 were WOW postcards indicating best service and patient satisfaction.29 postcards were Thanks. 2 were OK postcards and 2 Poor.

We have responded and fixed the issues where 2 patients posted Poor cards.

We will continue to monitor and report on a monthly basis throughout 2015.
