- We collect your feedback on an ongoing basis in order to improve our service and learn what you value.
- In addition, we ask for regular feedback and openly invite our patients to complete feedback cards when visiting our clinics.
- We also hold focus groups where we continually learn from you the patient and involve you in service redesign and planned improvements.
