We represent the best of the NHS hearing services, and are regarded as a leading audiology service and centre of excellence in the South West. We have a clear ambition to be recognised as the best NHS hearing service in the UK as viewed by fellow professionals and patients.

Convenient locations and times to suit you

We aim to see you quickly, often within 11 days of being referred to us by your GP. We are based at 14 locations across Devon and appointment times are arranged to suit you. We are open from 0800-18:00 hrs Monday to Friday and also on Saturdays. Call us to find out our opening times and your nearest location.

Expert Service

We pride ourselves in being regarded as Experts, with over 275 years of experience across the team, you will be seen by specialists you can trust, using the latest advances in digital hearing aids and support. We also have specialist experts on balance, tinnitus and communication.

Not for profit

Chime Social Enterprise a Community Interest Company. This means we are independent, not for profit company, investing our surplus finances into improving our services and the patient experience.
