What is the Chime Hearing Centre?
The Chime Hearing Centre is our modern, purpose built, state of the art hearing clinic situated on Queen Street in the heart of Exeter City Centre. Created in 2015 as part of Chime Social Enterprise, with the aim to make the latest, leading hearing technology accessible to people with hearing difficulties under a not-for-profit hearing care system.

What does the Hearing Clinic do?
At the Chime Hearing Centre, our hearing experts transform people's lives providing a wide range of hearing services to people with or looking to prevent hearing loss. This includes NHS and private healthcare hearing aids, ear wax removal, assistive listening devices, hearing protection, swim plugs and more.
“One size fits all” is not applicable in hearing care. Everyone is different and everyone has different needs, that is why we offer a variety of different options at our hearing clinic.
How is Our Hearing Clinic Different?
The Chime Hearing Centre is a not-for-profit social enterprise, so instead of shareholders the hearing clinic invests the surplus money into improving our hearing services and patient experience. Our hearing experts do not work on a commission based model, so unlike many of the bigger hearing clinics we can focus on providing you with excellent hearing care services as our first, and only priority.
